2-Pre-purchase, re-mortgage, equity release survey
 
Damp survey £100.00,Timber survey £100.00 or Combined Damp & Timber survey £150.00
These specialist surveys provide the you with a report on any perceived dampness and/or timber problem within a property, and includes a quotation for any necessary treatment which is found to be necessary .Should you then instruct Forest Dampbusters to carry out the recommended work, then the survey fee is deducted from the quotation. On completion of works a 20 year guarantee will be issued.
 
3-Damp and/or Timber - Comparison Quotation/Online Quotation.
